A protective film may be applied to the back of your template during production and shipping to help prevent scratches. Please remove this film before use.
Store your template flat when not in use to prevent unnecessary stress or warping.
Clean with a soft, lint-free cloth. If needed, use a small amount of mild soap and warm water.
Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, acetone or alcohol-based products, as these may damage the acrylic surface.

Physical Items: Enjoy free UK shipping on all physical orders! Items within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail 48-hour tracked service and despatched as quickly as possible.

International Shipping: Not all of our physical items are available for international delivery, and we are unable to ship physical products to the EU. All international orders are sent using tracked and signed-for services to ensure secure delivery. Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital pattern sales are final and non-refundable.
Physical Products: We do not offer refunds for any of our physical products. If a product is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a replacement. You will need to return the original item to us. Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
