International Shipping: Not all of our physical items are available for international delivery, and we are unable to ship physical products to the EU. All international orders are sent using tracked and signed-for services to ensure secure delivery. Please note that U.S. orders are likely to be subject to customs duties and tariffs, which are the responsibility of the customer. If you are ordering from the USA, we recommend checking how these charges may affect your order before purchasing.

• Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital pattern sales are final and non-refundable.
• Physical Products: We do not offer refunds for any of our physical products. If a product is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a replacement. You will need to return the original item to us. Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
